1. Be Responsible for supplier claims and documentation:

• Issue Q2 to supplier, follow up and evaluate supplier's 8D - Lead problem solving and dig out technical cause -Review and check the supplier action effectiveness

1. Be the Interface between manufacturing plant, purchasing organization, QEC and suppliers

2. Coordinate the immediately containment activities for purchased parts to ensure continuous of production flow.

3. Be Responsible for concession treatment inside the plant regarding raw material

4. Lead lessons learned for semiconductor (fab , assembly, testing, application)

5. Collect the failure cost and conduct the technical plausibility check

6. Initiative in top failure CIP with suppliers and top focal supplier quality improvement

7. Supplier contact window maturity build up (8D quality improvement, cooperation and quick response)

8. Support to solve electronic component application issue

9. Support plant digital transformation project

1.Bachelor Degree in electronic engineering

2.> 3 years working experience in semiconductor or automotive industry

3.Semiconductor testing or application knowledge

4.Fluent in oral and written English

5.Solid knowledge in problem solving methodologies and standard quality tools
