  • Release block orders (Includes ASA)

  • Run Sales report weekly (OI + OH + AR)

  • Prepare data for Credit limit review (2 times per year)

  • Weekly AR review with sale and validate comment.

  • Stock take / stock take adjustments

  • Prepare slide for Performance review

  • Sales Commentary

  • Support to prepare finance and controlling training slides

  • Support to Ecommerce reconciliation report

  • Support to raise JV (accrual, reclass,….)

  • Entitled as full-time student during a 6-month internship period with a major in Finan Accounting or other majors in the field of Economics

  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese

  • Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Teams, and Outlook

  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Time management and task management skills

  • Detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure

  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment

  • Positive, enthusiastic, open to feedback and willing to learn

  • Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility

  • Receive competitive internship allowances
