• Mechanical material quality responsibility: Responsible quality of supplied mechanical parts in Wujin beginning with series release to ensure a continuous production flow in the plants

• Prevention quality: Early involvement in supplier releasing phase and introducing lesson learn at project starting phase

• Cost ownership: Reimbursement of defect costs in coordination with commercial purchasing

• Launch & Communication: Work with engineering and MOE team to define control and monitoring parameter at supplier side

• Lean thinking: Always pursue effective solution for team working efficiency
