• Providing technical support to sales/marketing personnel

• First-level evaluation of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial)

• Handling of old-core products belonging to Bosch e Xchange program

• Translation of marketing materials and product manuals

• Administration of processes connected with technical trainings

• Ad-hoc on-site support for repairs, installations, and warranty checks

• Providing support for different sales team activities

• Recent graduate or last year student of Technical Faculty or similar

• Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel

• Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken

• Category B driving license with clean record
