Responsibility:

• Responsible for the e Axle system layout, dimensioning and creating of the optimum systemic solution – create, evaluate and implement system concepts

• Main contact person for customer technical system requests incl. interfaces

• Coordination of customer requirements (top-down and bottom-up) and internal experts

• Responsible for customer requirements and their break down to the subcomponents and tracking of the requirements

• Deal with uncertainties and incomplete requirements, make assumptions and develop them into requirements

• Support content and time planning of system work packages in the project in collaboration with internal experts and track the work status

• Define procedures and methods for system verification and validation. Specify according to the SAR list

• Risk assessment of special releases

• Supporting change management by performing impact analysis of changes of both requirements and design and release from system view

• System architecture including interface definition and description

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.

• Several years of experience in automotive system engineering, preferably in e Axle, e Drive, or powertrain systems.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, system layout, and interface definition in complex automotive systems.

• Experience with requirements engineering and management tools (e.g., DOORS) and familiarity with ASPICE processes.

• Good project coordination and communication skills in an international environment.

• Fluent English communication skills.
