• 产品技术转移：针对进口产品，在国内市场进行产品技术培训，产品销售推广，产品文档撰写，制定国内市场产品推广战略；Product technology transfer: For imported products, conduct product technology training, product sales promotion, product documentation writing, and formulate domestic market product promotion strategies in the domestic market;

• 本地产品开发：针对本地产品，负责新产品开发的项目管理，产品本地化项目管理，产品Business Case计算以及设计Go-to-market计划；Local product development: For local products, be responsible for project management of new product R&D and localization, product Business Case calculation, and design of Go-to-market plans;

• 产品生命周期管理：负责实现产品线的利润率、销售额以及新旧产品替换率等指标，负责新产品上市，主力产品市场推广，负责旧产品退市等战略执行；Product life cycle management: responsible for achieving indicators such as profit & margin, sales turnover, product migration, launch of new products, high-runner rump-up, and implementation of strategies such as delisting of old products;

• 市场分析：包括竞争对手分析，市场新技术分析，制造业行业趋势分析等;Market analysis: including competitor analysis, market new technology analysis, manufacturing industry trend analysis, etc.

• 产品战略：负责制定产品市场定位，产品价格战略，产品成本分析，产品销售工具包等. Product strategy: be responsible for product market positioning, product pricing strategy, product cost analysis, product sales toolkit, etc.

• 本科及以上学历，需要是理工科背景，电气自动化专业优先；Bachelor degree or above, with a background in science and engineering, electrical automation background is preferred;

• 5到10年工作经验，需要是制造业行业背景，有电气自动化行业相关经验者优先；5 to 10 years of work experience, with a background in manufacturing, experience in electrical automation industry is preferred;

• 了解电气自动化相关产品技术，拥有运动控制, 伺服驱动及电机，磁悬浮传送技术，工控软件等相关项目经验者优先；Understanding of automation related produc, experience in motion control, servo drive and motor, maglev transport, industrial control software and other related projects preferred;

• 具有较强产品技术，逻辑清晰，思维严谨。优秀的中英文表达能力、沟通技巧以及演讲能力；Strong product technology, clear logic, rigorous thinking. Excellent Chinese and English expression, communication skills and presentation skills;

• 对自动化市场和技术趋势有自己的洞察和见解，有半导体或者3C行业经验者优先。Having your own insights and opinions on automation market and technology trends. Experience in Semi-conductor and 3C industry is preferred.
