Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Process Consultant with experience in Business Technology Platform to join our SAP IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, testing, implementation, rollout and support of SAP Order to Cash processes across the Mobility Aftermarket business division. You will leverage SAP BTP to develop scalable extensions, enable seamless system integrations, and support digital transformation initiatives using SAP’s cloud-native architecture. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects (R/3 as well as S/4).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design scalable solutions to address the global O2C business requirements.
  • BTP / Digital Solutions / e Commerce / system integrations / AI application projects: Drive and roll out digital solutions and projects.
  • Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.
  • Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
  • Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
  • Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e.g. BTP, Cloud, etc).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a SAP SD Functional Consultant, with strong focus on S/4HANA
  • Proven expertise in the integration topics for the O2C processes, with emphasis on:SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – functional side
  • SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI (Cloud Integration) – functional side
  • API design and implementation (REST/SOAP, OData, OpenAPI) – functional side
  • EDI integrations with SAP and third-party systems, incl. message mapping, transformation, and routing using CPI mapping tools
  • SAP ERP / S/4HANA integration scenarios (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy)
  • Collection, clarification and documentation of requirements on integration architecture, interfaces, and business specifications
  • Ability to serve as the key interface between business and IT, aligning business objectives with technical solutions
  • Willingness to take over tasks / responsibility in further areas / processes within O2C
  • Experience with SAP SD integration into upstream and downstream systems
  • Strong understanding for business processes, not only from the SAP perspective
  • Minimum 3 successfully completed implementations of the integration platforms between S/4 HANA and ECC and non-SAP systems (functional role in implementation)
  • Practical experience supporting or developing S/4HANA global templates
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a big advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SD certification.
  • Experience in global SAP rollouts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Service Now, etc.
