Job Summary:

Incharge of daily troubleshooting of MOE1 production line and ensure production line running smoothly

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily troubleshooting and TPM for machine and fixture problem.生产线设备维修与保养。

• Responsible to maintain machine 5S and safety.负责保持设备的5S和安全。

• Support line DT and FOR improvement.支持生产线DT和FOR改善。

• Participate daily gemba with engineer.和工程师一起参加每日gemba。

• Close cooperation with production and related group colleague.与生产及相关部门同事紧密合作。

• Training and qualify machine leader.培训和考核machine leader。

• Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line.负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制。

• Assignments of special tasks.其他可能分配的特殊任务。

• University, major in mechanical or electrical.

机械或电子类大学毕业。

• Not less than 3 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.

三年以上电子或机械制造业从业经验。

• Electrical and PLC experience.

电气和PLC 方面的工作经验。
