Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-wide master data management (MDM) solutions, aligning with Bosch's strategic business goals.

• Define and enforce master data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across various business units and technical platforms.

• Drive the selection, evaluation, and integration of MDM platforms and associated data quality, data lineage, and metadata management tools.

• Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, guiding them through complex master data integration and migration projects.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT to translate complex business requirements into pragmatic and sustainable master data architectural solutions.

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Experience :

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Deep expertise in various MDM domains (e.g., Business Partner, Product, Asset) and hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Stibo STEP).

• Proven ability to define and implement data governance policies, data quality rules, and data stewardship processes.

• Exceptional understanding of enterprise architecture principles, data modeling, data integration patterns (ETL, API, streaming), and cloud-native data architectures.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Architecting and implementing large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments

Preferred Skills :

SAP MDG, Stibo STEP, data integration patterns (ETL, API, streaming)
