Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Manage the cross-functional Project Team and orchestrate project work according to Battery Partnering Procedure and Private Label procedure to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain direct contact with external Partners and developers for project activities.
• Integrate lessons learned from previous projects to achieve project objectives.
• Make decisions according to the approved Project Charter and Project Management plan, with escalation for deviations from budget or plan.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and uncertainties, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Regularly update and report project status to Stakeholders and Project Team, maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify project improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities as a Technical Contact Person:

• Serve as the technical representative for Partners, answering questions regarding the 18V battery system and technical customer documentation.

• Understand Partner needs, identify pain points, and develop win-win solutions aligned with company guidelines.

• Verify power consumption requirements of Partner tools against battery deliverable power specifications.

• Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with the Project Management team to improve technical materials.

• Maintain knowledge of battery and charger portfolio, upcoming products, and emerging technical issues.

• University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or in a related field.

• Project Manager or project leader knowledge with proven experience managing cross-functional teams

• Technical background in electronics, power systems, or related engineering disciplines

• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated willingness to engage directly with external partners and customers

• Proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication)

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools

• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
