- As Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) Manager, you act as an independent consultant and coach for preventive quality planning and ensure that quality requirements are embedded early in the development process.
- You support project teams in implementing quality assurance measures and contribute directly to achieving project milestones.
- You advise teams on quality topics along the V‑Model, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, test strategies, and internal processes.
- You represent product quality independently toward management and internal/external customers.
- Through objective assessments of project status and product maturity, you create transparency, identify risks, and support informed decision‑making.
- You collaborate closely with hardware development, mechanics, manufacturing, purchasing, and international teams to drive quality improvements.
