The Product Management Department is looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and analyzing customer needs to identify opportunities for new products. The role includes creating detailed development plans and managing the entire product lifecycle: from conception and collaboration with engineering teams, to market launch with the support of sales and marketing, through to the maturity and phase-out stages, defining replacement and service strategies.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking;

• Assess customer requests to evaluate technical feasibility and commercial potential;

• Define product specifications, expected volumes, target customers and pricing strategy;

• Set list prices based on market benchmarks and production costs;

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for product promotion and positioning;

• Analyze sales and market data, proposing improvement actions;

• Expand and update the product portfolio based on data and feedback;

• Plan and deliver product training sessions,

• Education: Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Management or related fields)

• Experience: At least 2–3 years in the hydraulic sector, with solid technical and market knowledge

• Working approach: Structured, reliable, proactive, and responsible

• Personality: Strong teamwork orientation, goal-driven, with excellent analytical and communication skills

• Languages: Fluent Italian and English

• Additional skills: Ability to synthesize and present effectively, organizational autonomy, flexibility, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to travel abroad
