• Process monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD

• Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD

• Update the ASA and KUM dashboard

• Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues

• Other task that maybe assign from time to time

• Flexible go-getter available to start in the first week of March 2026, ready to work 4 times a week

• Prepared for a minimum 500-hour internship commitment
