The Regional Sales Excellence Pricing Manager is responsible for driving pricing strategy, governance, and execution across the region to maximize profitability and competitiveness. This role partners closely with regional sales teams, finance, marketing, and global pricing teams to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, aligned with business goals, and consistently applied.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Pricing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional pricing strategies aligned with global guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions.
- Support new product pricing, promotional pricing, and discounting frameworks.

Sales Excellence & Enablement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve pricing discipline and deal profitability.
- Provide training and tools to enhance pricing capabilities and decision-making.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify areas for improvement.
3.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Lead pricing analytics, including margin analysis, price realization, and elasticity studies.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track pricing effectiveness and sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data trends.
4.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies and approval processes.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to pricing practices.
- Maintain pricing documentation and approval records.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between regional sales, finance, marketing, and global pricing teams.

Support commercial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Contribute to strategic initiatives such as digital pricing tools or pricing automation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial excellence roles.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Experience with pricing software (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, SAP CPQ) is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Possess strategic and commercial driven thinking, strong influencing and negotiation skills with continous improvement mindset
