We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical TNS & TP Officer Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing transfer pricing policies, conducting comprehensive business process reviews, and ensuring compliance with Indian and international tax regulations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies while maintaining rigorous documentation standards and supporting regulatory requirements.

• Analyze and evaluate transfer pricing policies, methodologies, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations
• Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify opportunities for tax optimization and operational efficiency
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive transfer pricing studies, reports, and supporting documentation
• Review intercompany transactions and pricing arrangements for regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to gather data and insights for transfer pricing analysis
• Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to transfer pricing procedures and controls
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation and analysis
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and transfer pricing guidelines to ensure organizational compliance
• Maintain organized records and databases of transfer pricing documentation and analysis
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, professional reports and presentations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in transfer pricing analysis, tax compliance, or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in business process analysis and mapping
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience working with multinational corporations or international tax matters
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with transfer pricing software platforms (e.g., Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE)
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• SQL or other data analytics tools proficiency
• Project management experience
• Background in regulatory compliance or audit functions
• Understanding of international tax standards and OECD guidelines
