Job Summary

As a cost expert, will be in an agile team, support product cost structure analysis during whole product life cycle for EM business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the agile cost engineering, the further development of processes and methods of product cost structure analysis, identify cost drivers, analyze deviations, and demand measures to achieve goals.

• Work actively during whole product life cycle and determine target costs for purchased mechanical parts of electronic drive components (for e Axle, E-machine) in Electrified Motion division. Relevant technical competence requirements are as below:

• Knowledge about relevant production technologiesAL Die-casting

• Machining Alu

• Shafts

• Gears

• Forging

• Lamination / Stamping

• Basic knowledge of product cost calculation (e.g. TCPCM)

• Tool-Costing basic knowledge

• Active cooperation and coordination within the internal teams (CN + EU & UAES), the R&D, projects and purchasing functions to generate ideas and develop measures.

Authority

• Steers assigned cost activities independently.

• Ensures value contribution in terms of know-how, quality, and efficiency to respective field.

• Develops solutions and drives purpose as well as the best practice process and product costs independent of suppliers, derive recommendations for action and represent them to initiators.

• Tracks target achievement, consolidates plans and results.

Full-time bachelor (Engineering Background)

More than five-year experience in electronic drive field (e Axle and E-machine)

Good knowledge in mechanical and assembled components manufacturing and production

With Al die-casting and stamping tooling knowledge can be plus

Fluency in English and Mandarin skills, spoken and written
