1. Plan and coordination of software development for airbag control unit

2. Software requirements Management (Requirement analysis, Engineering, Development and review)

3. Software project monitoring and control

4. Planning and communicate with development team

5. Delivery of a released software according to project timing schedule

6. customer interface for SW topics

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the software in an assigned customer project:

o Quality (Pass quality gates)

o Planning, Monitoring & Control

o On-Time-Delivery (OTD)

o Requirement management

1. Contact person for customer questions concerning software topics

2. development strategy with development team according to process

3. support project team for software tasks

4. manage software change requests

5. Identify risks and risk path in software development for projects

6. Perform technical analysis triggered by defects and customer feedback

7. Perform required reviews

8. Support Bosch and customer production line for software topics

9. Bachelor degree in automotive engineering,electrical engineering, information technology

10. Work experience in engineering, approx. 2-3 years, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desired

11. Total system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-management

12. Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations

13. Strong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solving

6 Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, Vietnam.etc)
