• Customer requirement analysis (SW and realted low voltage circuit)

• Technical discussions and negotiation with customer for requirements

• Coordination with international development team (e.g., DE, IN)

• Evaluation / Failure analysis on the vehicle

• General support for project acquisition

• 車両部品のSystem/SW開発経験（特に顧客要求仕様分析）

• SW関連業務でのJOEMとの顧客窓口経験

• 車両部品のグローバル開発業務経験

• INCA, CANoe, ASCET等を用いたSW開発経験

• 経験年数：4年以上

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル

• Experience of system/software development for automotive components (especially for customer requirement analysis)

• Experience of technical window role for Japanese OEMs

• Experience of global development for automotive components

• Experience of software development tools (e.g., INCA, ASCET, CANoe, Doors)

• Required experience: 4 years-

• Language skill

Japanese: Native level

English: Business conversation level

You will be in charge of system/software engineer for component of EV/EHV (Inverter / DCDC converter / On-Board Charger unit) for JOEM projects, and you will be able to gain broad knowledge about power electronics control system in electrified mobility and various experience in internationalized global development teams.

Your contribution is highly appreciated to expand electrification business with global footprint together with customers in Japan.
