Role Overview

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on building scalable applications, GenAI-based solutions, cloud platforms, and user-centered interfaces.

• Guidance for technical strategy, solution architecture, and delivery excellence across AI/ML, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Full-Stack Development, UX Research, and Data Science domains.

• Strong hands-on technical leadership, excellent communication with stakeholders, and the ability to drive innovation aligned to business value.

• Work experience in Requirements engineering, Design & Development, Reviews & Releases

• Content based Technical Review & responsible to present the technical approach to our partners

• Mentor engineering members, specialist

• Run Engineering Council meeting with progress updates on identified projects & send status reports

• To provide roadmap of Multi-market competence topics and support strategic discussions

• Knowledge on project acquisition and deliverables

• Contribute in developing competence in emerging areas

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define the end-to-end software and AI solution architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions, including model selection, fine-tuning, vector stores, agentic frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and use-case feasibility.

• Architect full-stack, microservice-based applications and support both web and mobile development teams.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure and DevOps ecosystem (CI/CD pipelines, etc)

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team with capabilities in:

Dev

Ops & Cloud Infrastructure:

• AI/ML & GenAI Engineering

• Full Stack Application Development

• UX Research & UI/Interaction Design

• Data Science

• Ensure engineering excellence, coding standards, and documentation practices across the team.

• Guide backlog prioritization, estimation, and risk management with Product Owners and Program Managers.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with internal business units, customers, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into software and AI solution architectures.

• Communicate strategy, progress, and results effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience architecting and delivering GenAI solutions, including:

Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / Open-source LLMs

• Vector stores (Qdrant, FAISS, etc.)

• AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI services

• Agentic frameworks, VLM, embeddings, retrieval chains

• CNN / Classification / Object Detection models (desired, not required)

• Strong background in Full-Stack or Backend architectures (e.g., Python, Node.js, C#, .NET Core).

• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps & Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS), including:

CI/CD (Azure DevOps / AWS Code Commit)

• Infrastructure automation (Terraform)

• Code quality platforms (Sonar Qube, FOSSID)

Leadership & Collaboration

• 10+ years leading engineering teams, technical leads, or solution architects.

• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate the technical maturity of teams.

• Comfortable collaborating with UX researchers & designers, ensuring usability and brand alignment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with 3D UI design(Blender) or interactive product UX (Unity).

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or IoT systems.

• Prior work in enterprise-scale platform teams.
