根据产品scope，澄清客户需求，并跟内部澄清开发方案，生成系统需求。

根据客户需求变更，判断对软件和硬件以及生产的影响。澄清CRQ并拉齐内部评估CRQ的risk，开发工时以及法规影响。

熟悉GAS 需求，在系统需求定义阶段，满足GAS需求。

满足工作的专业英语沟通能力。

5年或以上座舱产品定义或开发经验。
-
电子电气或相关专业的学士或硕士学位。

了解汽车行业tier1 开发流程，以及需求管理流程。

良好的团队沟通协作能力，工作认真负责，执行能力强。

具备抗压能力，能够适应高强度工作。
