We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Substrate Engineer to support the development of innovative ASIC products.

This role focuses on substrate design, layout creation, and substrate technologies development in close collaboration with international teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Substrate layout design and co-develop substrate for automotive ASIC, computing and high frequency switching package, including the definition of substrate design rules, bill of material & manufacture.

• Package outline drawing creation

• Coordinate sample manufacturing activities with substrate suppliers and assembly partners

• Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration with international teams; English communication

• Proven technical experience in substrate layout design and substrate technologies. Experience in packaging design/development and materials evaluation is a plus

• Hands-on experience with design software for substrate or PCB design

Layout tool: Cadence Allegro Package Designer

CAD tools: CAM350, AutoCAD, or similar

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a self-directed role

• Passion for technology scouting, evaluation, and driving solutions in cross-functional, international project environments

• Verbal and written communication skills in English, with demonstrated experience in global collaboration

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for technical discussions is preferred
