Strategic & Operational Lead of manufacturing quality

Development of a V.S. Quality strategy based on:

• Value stream strategy
• Plant manufacturing & quality strategy (I4.0, BPS)
• Lean tools and methods with drive for excellence

Ensure the capacities to meet value stream based on short- and long-term forecast

Drive activities to continuously improve the S,Q(IDC, EDC, 0-km, field; key customer, internal quality),C & D to achieve the defined targets using Q tools, and lean methods BPS and LEAN

Strictly enforce and check the Health and Safety relevant topics related to the V.S

Actively involve internal team and customers to understand customer quality pain points, meet customer requirement with professional Q tools (speed and effectiveness)

People & Leadership

• Define a clear people strategy as an enabler for success

• Develop and recruit the right people based on functional competency requirements

• Live, promote and implement wmtw+ actively and consequently

• Bachelor or above in Engineering, Manufacturing or Project management

• Experience in a Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering/Project team leadership role > 3 years (team >3HC)

• Local language skill as well as English language skill

• High level of Quality know-how (FEMA, 8D, 4Q, etc)

• High level of Logical thinking

• Add on: Product knowledge, Manufacturing process and Manufacturing technology knowledge.
