• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions across various departments

• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models

• Optimize existing machine learning models for improved performance and efficiency

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and processes

• Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure smooth operation

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI team

• Participate in research activities to explore new AI techniques and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

• 5+ years of experience in AI development and machine learning

• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript

• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow and Py Torch

• In-depth knowledge of deep learning algorithms and architectures

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
