• 电子信息工程相关专业，大专及以上学历
• 3年及以上电子失效分析经验，ICT/FCT 测试失效分析及维修经验
• 熟悉模电数电，读懂电子电路原理图
• 测试设备基本操作,数字万用表/电源/显微镜/示波器
• 解焊及焊接基本电子元器件及BGA
