• Component and Supporting Material Supply and Recording
• Prepare Daily Production in SAP and inform to Production Department
• Perform monthly Inventory counting or when it require
• Maintain inventory layout
• Maintain FIFO
• SAP POE Troubleshooting if any error during GR, Production and GI process
• Perform 5S

1. Delivery

• Daily Order Download
• Prepare and Print Delivery Note
• Move pallet from Storage Location to Repacking area
• Repacking from plastic box to carton box for AA order
• Packing into pallets
• Prepare audit check list
• Wrapping and Strapping
• Store in loading area
• Good Issue in SAP POE

• Milkrun refer to define cycle time
• Production Planning progress update
• Kanban and Heijunka Board update
• RM and FG Material Handling
• Handling returnable empty box
• Product Audit checklist
• SAP POE Update

1. Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Pallet Stacker, and Hand Trucks)

• MHE Checklist before operating
• MHE regular Maintenance
• MHE charging
• MHE cleaning

1. Application System

• Microsoft Office

• SAP POE

• SAP PA5

• Power BI

• Skecth Up

• Fresh Graduate from Technical Engineering are welcome

• 1 - 2 Years in Logistics Operation is a plus

• Has knowledge in basic English

• Experienced in using SAP, Microsoft Office
