Roles and Responsibilities

• Main tasks
• Electrical design and development for special machinery according to function and process requirements
• Electrical modification and improvements by internal customer requirements(CT reduction, process optimization,

function added/removal, etc.).

• Support of middle or high level electrical problem diagnose and solving for maintenance.
• Advanced electrical system design in all projects and define the interface to controller.
• Other emergency and important tasks assign by manager
• Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the quality, on time delivery and cost of the electrical design
• Support for procedure /standardization of electrical development
• Be responsible to train and coach lower grade engineers for electrical design
• Communication
• Communicate with internal and external supplier for electrical construction of a project.
• Communicate with mechanical and software engineer in concept and detail design.
• To present the status of a project
• Team aspect
• Project leader for a project team, to build up or improve an equipment
• Act as a team member in a project team.

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above with major in industrial automation, electrical engineering or related
• With working experience >5 years in industrial automation equipment building up in electrical area.

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Good knowledge in industrial automation equipment function and processes (assembly and testing, measuring equipments)
• Expert knowledge in industrial automation controlling systems design, incl. controller, sensor, motor, Bosch special device (for special process) and all kinds of electrical input & output device.
• Expert hardware knowledge in PLC system application, especially for Siemens PLC.
• Good knowledge in software programming for Siemens PLC.
• Very good project management skills.
• Be creative to develop new electrical concepts an.d solutions according function and process requirements.
• Proficient electrical drawing skill by E_Plan software during electrical system design.
