• You will lead a multi-functional team with 10+ associates for heat pump appliance development, with focus on testing and development.
• You will lead and coach associates and responsible for planning team activities and allocating resources to meet objectives effectively.
• You will plan and follow up activities in project execution and contribute to future portfolio and roadmap.
• You will develop team competence in various areas including requirement engineering, testing (incl. hardware, software, DHW, sound), field test etc.
• You will manage interfaces with cross-functional module teams and enhance collaboration locally and with cross-locational product areas in e.g. product features.
• You will develop tools and methods including lab facility and model-based engineering.
• You will drive innovation and collaboration activities with external Bus and institutes.

What distinguishes you

• Degree in mechanical engineering or similar, Ph.D. is a plus
• Manager experience and strong leadership background. Bosch operations, ideally in the Home Comfort or other consumer goods business area is a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset and execution ability with a proactive, results-oriented approach
• Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and innovative solutions
• Team-oriented, with strong organization and collaboration skills
• Effective communicator with solid technical presentation abilities
• Proficient in written and spoken English; skills in Swedish are an advantage

Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures and sells heat pumps for the European market. We are approximately 700 employees and from part of the large Bosch Group, which consists of approximately 409,000 employees worldwide.

In Tranås there is a production unit and a competence and development center. The heat pumps we manufacture draw energy from different sources - the mountain, the water, or the air.
