- Successfully manage the relationship with Japanese customer and stakeholders;
2.Develop and strengthen a professional acquisition manager team with strong customer focus and orientation;
3.Develop and implement an overall customer strategy based on business targets;
4.Strengthen collaboration with project sales team to structure and build strong customer teams;
5.Commercial mgt. including: EBIT, cash flow, AR, sample DNI, etc.;
6.Coordinate and synchronize global commercial activities with global sales team;
7.Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
8.Engineering change management including technical concept clarification, cost & timing impact and commercial proposal;
1.Above 5 years working experience in Japanese Automotive industry, meanwhile commercial view of overall situation is preferred;
2.Have the resources to build up the connections with key decision makers on projects at JOEM headquarters, such as Honda/Toyota/Nissan;
3.Work in a strategical approach way, willing to travel & work with customer, good team player, communicator & influencer;
4.Either currently work in Japanese OEM or Tier 1 in Japan is preferred;
5.Fluent in Japanese, English (Fluent in Mandarin if candidate is Japanese). Understand working culture in Japanese environment.
