• Familiar with product knowledge and testing specification.

• Change management of test procedures

• ECR implementation, New Project, SW Changes, HW Chanage…

• Responsible for testing equipment management, maintenance, 5S…

• Responsible for safety control of testing equipment

• Machine troubleshooting, continuous improvement, TPM

• Preparation working instruction, maintenance plan, PFMEA, etc.

• Responsible for testing FOR improvement

• Responsible for testing machine utilization improvement

• Participate daily Q-base meeting

• Close cooperation with production and related group colleague

• Training and coaching service technician, regulary evaluation technician

• Assignment of special tasks

• On-call to support testing machine or program issue

• Bachelor degree or above

• 3 year working experience in electronic industries

• Operation System, Windows, Linux

• Skilled in electronic test system principle and electronic testing method;Computer knowledge

• Computer knowledge
