We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with 5-10 years of experience to help us design and implement robust backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience with FastAPI, as well as proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with message brokers such as Apache Kafka is essential, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is also required. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Work with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and the optimization techniques used to handle large scale data. Ensure the reliability and performance of backend systems through monitoring and optimization. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Python. Strong experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django and building RESTful APIs. Hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and the optimization techniques used to handle large scale data. Proficient in using Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
