Your tasks
- Serve as Value stream head of products, overall responsible for defined value stream KPIs, leading the team to reach cost, quality and delivery target with the means of lean production, quality improvement, daily leadership routing, Industry 4.0, etc.
- Be responsible for business plan and define measures to reach planned cost target.
- Drive and lead high performance team.
- Develop team competence to fit for future.
Your profile
- Bachelor and above, Electrical/ Mechanical/ Engineering etc. related background.
- 10 years+ manufacturing experience in automotive industry, rich manufacturing process knowledge with Lean mindset.
- 5 years+ big team leadership experience incl. blue collar management, strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Strategic thinking, good communication and cooperation with multi-functions and internal/external stakeholders.
