Jobs
Just graduated and looking for a role where you can combine technology, business and real responsibility from day one?
At Bosch we are growing our Fleet & Mobility Solutions business across Spain and Portugal. With Bosch Secure Truck Parking and Bosch Road Services, we turn truck parking areas into secure, connected and future-ready infrastructures — integrating sensors, cameras, mobile connectivity, digital platforms and, increasingly, charging solutions for electric trucks.
We are looking for a junior engineer with a commercial mindset who wants to work close to customers and see projects come to life on the ground.
This is not a purely technical role. And it’s not pure sales either. It’s a mix of both.
You will actively approach and engage fleet operators, present our value proposition to operations directors and decision-makers, and explain clearly how our solutions improve safety, efficiency and return on investment. Once a deal is closed, you will stay involved — coordinating the implementation with parking operators, technology partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth rollout.
We are looking for someone who understands technology (sensors, connectivity, digital systems) but is also comfortable sitting in front of a client and leading a commercial conversation. Someone curious, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Sounds like you? Apply now!

Portuguese is a big plus, as this is a regional Iberia role. Previous experience in sales, logistics or business development is also not required, but would be a big plus.
Diversity is an integral part of our corporate strategy and is anchored as one of our values in the “We are Bosch” mission statement. For us, diversity is reflected in the uniqueness of our associates, their personalities, experiences and perspectives. We are committed to hiring individuals regardless of culture, generation, race, religion an belief, neurodiversity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disabilities.
Bosch Secure Truck Parking is a digital platform designed to address one of the biggest challenges in European road logistics: the shortage of safe and reliable parking for trucks.
We connect fleet operators and drivers with certified, secure parking areas along major transport corridors. Through our platform, customers can search, book and manage parking spaces in advance, improving route planning and operational predictability.
What makes it different is the combination of physical infrastructure and smart technology. Our parking areas are equipped with controlled access, surveillance systems, sensors and digital integrations. Fleet operators can integrate our solution into their Transport Management Systems (TMS), enabling better planning, reduced risk of cargo theft and improved compliance with driver rest regulations.
Beyond parking, the solution is evolving to include connected services and electric truck charging infrastructure, supporting the transition towards more sustainable road transport.
