- Support the development and execution of the BU People Plan aligned with business priorities.
- Participate in workforce planning activities, provide data-driven recommendations, and contribute to HR projects such as culture initiatives and capability development.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance management, team dynamics, and employee development.
- Support implementation of leadership development programs and offer basic coaching on communication and feedback.
- Act as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance matters.
- Support engagement activities and ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies.
- Assist in change management communication and coordination. Support OD activities including role clarification, team workshops, and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate capability-building programs with L&D.
- Maintain accurate HR data, prepare dashboards, and analyze trends in turnover, hiring, engagement, and performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, monitor time-to-fill, and recruitment metrics.
Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in HR role (HRBP, HR Generalist, Recruiter, or HR Operations).
- Knowledge of Thai labor law, PDPA compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and working-level English.
- Analytical, organized, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in talent management or compensation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Power BI, reporting tools

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
