• Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards.
• Assist in the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks.
• Support the drafting of reports and compilation of documentation in accordance with Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021.
• Assist in end-to-end compliance investigations, including data collection, preliminary evidence reviews, and documentation organization.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Support the preparation and update of compliance training materials.
• Assist business units with the practical application of internal policies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Law,Compliance, or a related field.
• Certifications such as **CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)**or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.

Experience

• Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Experience in similar roles will be valued.

Know how

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, Share Point).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.

Languages

• English: fluent (written and spoken).
• Portuguese: fluent (preferred).
