Acts as the point of contact between the office and internal/external clients

Answers and directs phone calls, maintains contact lists, provides general support to visitors

Organizes and schedules appointments, organizes travel arrangements

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Collaborates with executive and senior office assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
-
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
-
Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively prepare necessary documents, information, or actions
-
Plan and arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, ground transportation), considering time zones, executive preferences, and cost-effectiveness
-
Ensure all necessary documents (visas, passports) are in order, and handle expense reports upon return
-
Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner
-
University degree from Business Administration, International Relations or other related fields
-
Fluency in English, German knowledge is a plus
-
Minimum 3 years of Professional experience

Methodical knowledge for administrative and operational duties

Proficiency in all MS Office Tools and Bosch Internal Systems & Tools

Communication and Media Knowledge is a plus
