Your tasks

• Drive the business value of assigned Make-to-Stock (M2S) (sub-)processes in alignment with the overall process strategy.
• Define, communicate, implement, and continuously improve Make-to-Stock (M2S) processes on a global level.
• Lead and support all M2S deployment activities within SAP rollout projects, including:
• Guide key users in data preparation and support post-load validation during data migration.
• Prepare test cases, support Unit and End-to-End (E2E) testing, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Coordinate and monitor cutover activities with the project team.
• Deliver training sessions for key users.
• Provide onsite go-live support to ensure a successful deployment.
• Analyze, align, and implement process changes based on business requirements, standards, regulations, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Support the definition and execution of the M2S rollout roadmap to increase process maturity across the organization.
• Ensure sustainable process implementation and compliance with global process standards.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the Manufacturing-to-Supply (M2S) domain, including implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead process improvement, implementation, and transformation initiatives to enhance business capabilities.
• Train and coach business users on the adoption and effective application of standardized M2S processes.
• Foster effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and change management in an international environment.

Your profile

Studies:

• Bachelors in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA especially in Manufacturing to Supply (M2S) implementation or transformation.
• Several years of experience years in SAP Consulting or SAP industry environments.
• SAP Manufacturing to Supply (M2S with modules such as SAP PP, MRP and EWM is desired and preferred.
• Extensive business experience in SAP Manufacturing to Supply (M2S) processes from projects and/or operations.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain.
• Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required.
