Functional Area: Research and Development Department

Take responsibility:

Undertaking any tasks as requested by members of engineering staffs. Assist in the development and implementation of clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail technical assessment from rough or detailed sketches or notes for engineering or manufacturing purposes, according to specified boundary condition using lab equipment.

• Assistant engineer in R&D Field
• Support R&D Project Tasks and Laboratories Tasks in following area;Component Design, Testing, Functional, Materials and Fatigue, Automotive System, Manufacturing Processes.
• Test prototypes and standard products and write reports to document the results, evaluating engineering samples to finalize the experiment outcome.
• Prepare periodical report regarding the laboratory activities
• Prepare date for technical assessment on products and processes
• Cross-functional communication between development, engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturing
• Performing data collection and analysis for problem solving activities.
• Support engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products.

Education:

Eligible for internship while partaking Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or Doctor’s Degree in following Engineering and Science major;

• Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Automotive, Material, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing process or related fields

Languages:

• Good in English and Thai

Experience and Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of engineering software
• Able to understand and operate lab equipment such as tensile machine.
• Able to run laboratory equipment e.g., tensile test, force measurement.
• Efficient with Microsoft office programs (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.
• Monthly allowance and housing allowance

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
