设计高效的多任务训练框架，提高任务间的协同效率和模型性能；

研究多任务学习中的损失平衡、任务冲突解决等关键问题，提升模型的稳定性和泛化能力；
-
基于真实驾驶数据和仿真数据进行模型训练、调优及部署；
-
跟踪最新的多任务学习、深度学习和自动驾驶领域的研究进展，应用于实际业务场景；
-
支持相关团队解决训练中的技术问题，并推动算法在自动驾驶系统中的落地应用。

熟悉多任务学习的基本原理和相关技术（如共享参数、软/硬任务分配、权重动态调整等）
-
熟悉常见的感知算法（Transformer/bev/occ 等）
-
善于解决复杂问题，具有较强的分析能力和创新能力
-
3年以上计算机视觉算法开发经验，具有自动驾驶领域多任务训练量产经验者优先
-
学历要求：计算机科学、电子工程、自动化或相关领域硕士及以上学历，博 士优先
