In the field of e Mobility, you will focus on the mobility of the future.
Over a period of 12-24 months, you will work in various locations in Germany and abroad, helping to identify future topics and develop innovative systems and components. You will work in agile development teams with technically fascinating and challenging products and services from the Bosch Group.
Together with us, you will lay the foundation for your future as a manager. For us, leadership means continuously advancing yourself and others, influencing existing processes, and thus achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.
-
Decide for yourself which start date suits you best and when your permanent employment contract will begin.
-
Design your program with up to 6 placements in agile product areas, corporate start-ups, or traditional line organizations.
-
Get to know Bosch during a station abroad.
-
Supplement your practical experience with a variety of learning and training methods, for which you will have an individual budget at your disposal.
-
Benefit from the network and experience of your personal mentor at management level.
-
Personality: You already show inventive talent in areas such as electric motors and power electronics. You enjoy driving topics forward and getting other people excited about them. You consider courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness to be desirable attitudes.
-
Background: During your technical master's or diploma degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or computer science, you studied the topic of electromobility in depth and achieved above-average grades. Perhaps you already have an MBA, PhD, or initial professional experience.
-
Erfahrungen und Know-how: You have at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through challenging industrial internships, ideally in the field of electromobility. You have a very good command of English and a good knowledge of German. Practical experience in several of the following areas, such as power electronics, application, test bench, energy management, power drive, inverters, DC/DC converters, software, and hardware, also sets you apart.
