Demand management: Responsible for the analysis of short-term customer needs in responsible production line (2-4 balancing cycles).

2.生产计划安排：按照客户出货需求，结合KPI目标，合理制定对应线别的生产计划

Production schedule: schedule the production planning for the corresponding line according to the customer's delivery needs and in conjunction with the KPI objectives.

3.KPI管理：独立负责各自产线所定义的KPI目标，例如：库存天数、呆滞库存、准时交付率、生产达成率等，并支持生产部门相关KPI的达成，例如：设备利用率、生产效率等。

KPI management: Independently responsible for the KPI goals defined by respective production lines, e.g. stock days, inactive inventory, on-time delivery, production attainment, etc. and supports the achievement of production-related KPIs such as equipment utilization, productivity, and so on.

4.持续改善工作：独立完成所辖区域定义的持续改善项目。

CIP: Independently implement CIP project defined by the respective area.

5.新项目爬坡和工程变更管理：新项目量产后，有效规划和管理对应产线内发生的产量爬坡和相关工程变更的实施。

New Project ramp-up and Project Change Management: After new projects SOP, effectively plan and manage the implementation of production ramps up and related engineering changes that occur within the corresponding production lines.

6.BPS工具的运用：运用BPS相关知识（例如，均衡生产、消耗控制、看板计算等），在所负责产线实施精益生产。

BPS tool application: Implement lean production on the responsible production line using BPS-related knowledge (e.g. balanced production, consumption control, Kanban calculation, etc.).

1.本科及以上学历，物流相关专业优先

2.3~5年计划相关经验，汽车行业优先。

1. 具备ERP系统的知识，如:SAP

2. 有项目经验，并具备项目管理技能

3. MS办公软件实操经验 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-bi)

4. 积极主动，责任心强

5. 良好的沟通、协调能力和冲突处理能力
