As an AI Solution Architect, you’ll have a central role in designing scalable systems that make a real difference, from predictive analytics and intelligent automation to optimizing production flows.

This isn’t just about the tech stack. You’ll help shape adoption strategy and long-term roadmaps, design end-to-end architectures, and make sure AI becomes a trusted part of decision-making across the operations.

Your Mission

• Architect Intelligent Systems – design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that combine data, machine learning, and automation, from ingestion to deployment

• Leverage Modern Data Platforms – build architectures that take full advantage of Azure Databricks and other cloud-native technologies to support intelligent decision-making at scale.

• Enable Smart Integrations – connect intelligent systems with enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, IoT) to create seamless data flows and unlock new value streams in manufacturing.

• Scale Intelligence – establish practices for MLOps, monitoring, and governance across hybrid environments, ensuring solutions are reliable and sustainable in production.

• Experiment & Innovate – explore and apply LLMs, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and agentic AI approaches to build adaptive, multi-agent systems that solve real-world challenges.

• Bridge Tech & Business – translate complex business problems into intelligent system architectures, guiding both technical teams and business stakeholders toward data-driven outcomes.

• **Champion Responsible AI –**ensure solutions are built with fairness, transparency, and compliance, aligned with global standards.

• Proven experience in solution or AI/ML architecture, with a focus on building intelligent, production-ready systems.

• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks, Delta Lake) and distributed data processing engines (e.g., Spark), with the ability to design pipelines that feed intelligent applications.

• Practical knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model lifecycle management, and containerized deployment in cloud environments (e.g., Kubernetes, MLflow).

• Hands-on experience with LLM and RAG architectures, vector databases, and knowledge graphs — ideally applied to real-world use cases.

• Curiosity and drive to explore agentic AI approaches (multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, autonomous workflows) and bring them into production.

• Solid understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, MES, IoT) and how to integrate them into intelligent architectures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical depth into business impact.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers and data scientists toward architectural excellence.

• Experience defining reference architectures, standards, and governance for AI adoption at enterprise level.

• A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning, with passion for solving complex problems through intelligent technologies.
