We are the in-house management consultancy for Robert Bosch GmbH, one of the world's largest suppliers of automotive components, industrial products, and consumer goods. Our consulting team is dedicated to driving innovation, exploring the business potential of new technologies, pioneering new business fields, and identifying sustainable solutions. Our aim is to contribute to the continuous growth and success of Bosch. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Leader to join our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to spearhead innovation and leverage emerging technologies that will shape the future of our business. You’ll have the chance to work on fascinating topics such as robotics, carbon management, 6G, GenAI business impact, qualitative in-vitro diagnostics, quantum sensing, and the hydrogen economy.

Collaborate closely with top executives, providing strategic insights and recommendations that shape our company's direction. This high-visibility position offers a clear path to executive roles within Bosch.

  • As a Project Leader, you are responsible for managing high-impact strategy projects, ensuring their successful delivery and aligning them with strategic goals.

  • Furthermore, you are also accountable for advising on innovation, new technologies, sustainability and other emerging business areas.

  • Collaborating with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement is also part of your role.

  • You conduct in-depth analyses and make actionable recommendations to drive business success.

  • Last but not least, you mentor and guide junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Education: completed university studies in business studies or a comparable subject

  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (clear must have for the position); proven track record as a project leader for larger projects

  • Personality and Working Practice: you are characterized by your strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels; your exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities round off your profile

  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English (both languages are equally required)
