・必須要件：

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 普通自動車MT免許（入社までに取得必須）
• 車の運転に慣れている方
• 自動車工学の基礎知識
• 物理力学の基礎知識
• 基礎的なソフトウェアスキル（C、C++、Matlabのいずれか読めること）

歓迎要件：

　・カートや自動車レース経験者

語学力

・英語：

　・TOEIC 600点程度以上

　・ほぼ毎日使用（メール、会議など）

配属部署について

・課員の人数：20数名

・年齢層：20代～30代が中心に活躍

・チームの雰囲気、特徴：チームでの業務を助け合いながら取り組む雰囲気

働き方

・出張頻度：月2～4週間程度（プロジェクト状況による）

・リモートワーク頻度：週1～2日程度（プロジェクト状況による）
