1. Develop market intelligence, identify key customers and develop business in EMS areas (with main focus on Tier customers);

2. Develop and implement overall EMS Go-to-Market strategy & customer strategy based on business targets;

3. Successfully manage the relationship with customer and stakeholders;

4.Commercial mgt. based on business targets, including: acquisition, turnover, delivery, EBIT, cash flow, AR, sales planning & forecast etc.;

1. Preparation of quotations & customer contracts

2. Overall customer project management in collaboration with manufacturing/engineering project managers

3. Bachelor degree or above (preferably in engineering), willing to understand technical details.

4. Experience with direct customers contact, good know-how in automotive industry, having EMS Tier customer experience; Value stream experience in electronics manufacturing preferred

5. 5~10 years working experience in sales & project management, thereof at least 2~3 years experience in automotive EMS industry;

6. Strong customer oritentation, willing to travel & work with customer, good team player, communicator & influencer;

7. Ability to work independently, highly result oriented with strong desire for success

8. Command of English language in verbal communication and writing
