Role : Senior Data Analyst

Job Description: Responsible for auditor support with data analytics / analytics tools for audit preparation and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and analyzing data of business process areas (e.g. end-to-end processes like human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.).

• Execution and development of respective data analytics, incl. scoping of topic and introduction of new analytic solutions (e.g. via SQL, Python).

• Preparation of dashboards via Power Bi, Power-pivot, process automations.

Supporting headquarter-team for use-cases with advanced data analytics and AI (e.g. supervised / unsupervised learning, text-mining).

Skills & Required competencies:

High IT affinity paired with knowledge of business areas or end-to-end processes (e.g. human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, purchasing, sales etc.)

Experience in respective analytics tools / technology (e.g. Python, Power Bi, SQL, web-forms, data-lake)

Knowledge / Experience in analytics methods as a plus, e.g.

• data analytic methods (rule-based analytics, machine learning) & coding

• data management (SQL database)

• automation methods (text-mining, chatbots etc.)

• data visualization

Looking for Data Analyst with:

• Good analytical skills, paired with curiosity and a sense / feeling for “big data”

• Good at SAP data extraction, analysis.

• Strong knowledge on human resources or related functions as business process area.

• Independent and solution-oriented working style.

• Team-player with cooperative attitude, empathy, and ability to work successfully in diverse teams.

• Ability to present analytics for different target audiences.

• Fluent in English, further languages a plus.

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA:

Experience :

7 to 8 years

Mandatory/requires Skills :
