1. Assist R&D engineer in the field of material science.

2. Support to prepare test specimen for material and failure analysis.

3. Support to perform material and failure analysis on the test specimen.

4. Support to evaluate and create reports for the material and failure analysis.

5. Laboratory 5S, chemical and consumable stock/management.

6. Supplier work permit and laboratory documents.

7. Student in Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Material, Mechanical, Automotive, Chemical) or related field.

8. Good communication in Thai and English (reporting language in ENG is English)

9. Knowledge in material analysis and preparation methods

10. Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA and PowerPoint)

11. Eager to learn from Engineering department

12. Minimum 6 months of internship period (starting from 04.2026)

Duration: 6 - 12 months

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.

Working conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.

• Monthly allowance and housing allowance

• Free lunch & transportation

• Vacation eligibility: 1 day / month

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
