• Manage the overall IT portfolio based on GB strategy. Coordinate the effective interaction and collaboration between various applications.
• Provide the advice or evaluation on the appropriate technology stack or solution to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the applications.
• Collaborate with user department to ensure that the application architecture meets business requirements and can evolve continuously.
• Keep updated with the cutting-edge technology in the industry, and rapidly translate into the solution.
• Lead central digital task / project roll out in local.
• Govern ITM fulfillment when implement digital solution in manufacturing area according to central directives or divisional guidelines.
• Enable organization with digital relevant skills.
• Coordinate and follow up the digital projects’ implementation in plant and regular reporting.

Any other assigned tasks by supervisor.

B.S. major in IT or Computer Science, Math, Information Systems or manufacturing relevant;

2-5 years of professional experiences with digital projects management or portfolio management, or data analytics in manufacturing.

• Solid knowledge with big data and related IT architectures (Oracle Database, Hadoop, Kafka, SQL, etc.);
• Knowledge of manufacturing IT security;
• Logic and structured thinking;
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good project management skill;
• Good written and spoken English
