  2. 主导红绿灯检测、分类、状态识别、跟踪及预测全链路算法研发,解决遮挡、逆光、雨天、夜间等困难场景问题

  3. 基于视觉多传感器数据,开展红绿灯感知融合算法设计与落地

  4. 负责感知模型的训练、评估、量化压缩与优化,适配车载嵌入式平台算力与时延要求

  5. 协同系统、定位、规划控制团队,完成算法联调、问题定位与实车路测问题闭环

  6. 跟踪业界前沿技术,主导算法方案选型与技术落地,持续提升感知系统稳定性与鲁棒性

  7. 本科及以上学历,计算机、电子工程、自动化、机器人等相关专业,3-5年自动驾驶视觉感知算法研发经验

  8. 精通红绿灯/交通目标检测、分类、跟踪算法,有城市NOA红绿灯感知落地经验优先

  9. 熟练掌握Py Torch等深度学习框架,具备独立模型训练、调优与问题分析能力

  10. 扎实的计算机视觉基础,熟悉传统视觉算法与深度学习目标检测算法

  11. 熟悉Python编程,具备良好的工程实现、代码优化与调试能力

  12. 有车载嵌入式平台模型开发经验,有地平线平台开发经验者优先

  13. 具备良好的问题解决能力、团队协作能力与技术闭环意识
