Develop and execute sales strategies to drive e Dealer sales growth in the Chinese market.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with e Dealer partners to drive business expansion and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and market penetration.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.

Strong understanding of the Chinese market and e Dealer sales dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Fluency in Mandarin and English languages.
