• Perform daily operations of Goods Receiving such as goods receive, offload parts, parts clearance, pasting the necessary label, moving parts to pending stock in area, unpack & repack and etc.

• Perform daily operations of Dispatching such as packing, system booking, pasting the necessary label, moving parts to designated area, load on the truck and etc.

• Responsible on all parts received and ensure the safety of the parts kept in Receiving premises from any possible risk such as theft, pilferage, expose to bad weather condition etc.

• Perform the milk run to the production incl. system bookings

• Ensure that all activities performed in a proper manner by self-inspect on part number, parts description, quantity, condition of parts and other specific requirements.

• Ensure all parts are arrange properly according to storage requirements.

• Ensure company policies are strictly adhered to.

• Ensure the movements of materials from receiving dock into warehouse, internal milk run and to the dispatching docks are in order and through proper channel and control.

• Report all non-compliance found to immediate superior for further action.

• Maintain high standard of housekeeping and 5S at workplace.

• Comply with company standard of safety rules and regulations at all times.

• Daily maintenance of MHE in good condition and update maintenance records.

• Support supervisor on the cycle count, troubleshooting for the inventory variances, urgent shipments handling.

• Handle indirect incoming shipments, data entry for indirect shipments into SAP and deliver to end user.

• Filing the incoming documents for indirect shipments and liaise with respective parties to resolve the daily operations issue for indirect shipments.

• Any other related duties which assign by the superior from time to time.

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

• Professional competence:MHE (Material Handler Equipment) Training course

• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc

PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.
